Now, HERE, you see, it takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same place. If you want to get somewhere else, you must run at least twice as fast as that!

Depressed
Too depressed to post for a few days. Please send up a prayer when you have a chance.
Praying It was great to SPEAK to you - and I'll call back again - sorry I had to stop abruptly, hubby started installing something and I was afraid the whole system here would crash
Prayers for your whole family.
Jesus, light ofthe world, let Your light shine into Alice's life. Make the darkness to recede. Help her find her place of peace IN you, so that the sheer awfulness of Jeff's illness does not overwhelm her. Thank you for Your love, let it flow into her heart and lift her again - so that she will soar like an eagle, on the soft warm breeze of Your holy spirit. Breathe life into this family - and remove the pain i ask in Your mighty name Jesus. Amen
Sometimes depression is the result of repressed anger. Especially if we can't verbalize our anger because it is the wrong thing to do or say and it makes us feel guilty just having those kinds of thoughts.
This family has gone through so much. I pray that You send Your Comfortor, the Holy Spirit to be a tangible presence in this home, in this heart.
We understand that this life is supposed t be difficult, that it is full of challenges, but we call upon You to lend us strength to do Your will, to bring You glory. Touch the hearts in this family, touch the finances in the home, touch the health of those involved, the mental as well as the physical health.
Please give this child of Yours the encouragement for her to continue Your work, in her life, in her home.
When I was feeling crappy a few weeks ago, there was a point when I started asking for prayers... and began to feel the effects of them! I pray that you are able to find an opening to peace.
life gets tough, lots of tears and snot and pain . . . no doubt about how real depression is. in fact I think Jesus knows exactly what depression is. Jesus' anguish and sweat like blood droplets, Jesus loosing a friend to death . . . "Jesus Wept," and somehow Jesus says to us "blessed are they who mourn, for they will be comforted." our broken lives are real and remind us that Jesus too is real, indeed he's human (and yet divine). more said than I had plan to say. hope my words aren't empty nor trite. I read your pain and pray for you.
Friend, take a deep breath and step into 2006 safe in the Hands of our loving FAther.
Depression is a horrible thing. And many many of us are praying for you.
Lord let your light shine, break though the darkness and let Your hope filter in. Hold K.tight as she struggles. Remind her that she is not alone, that you will carry her and Jeff. Bring healing to them both, and the joy that comes from You. Amen
I will pray...I miss it when you don't post! May Incarnate Love lift you up!
